With over 15 years of experience working with domestic and international non-profits to create and manage programs, events, and communication projects for global health we have a successful record of systematically improving processes and outcomes. Our team encompasses all of the necessary skills to develop and implement the needs of our clients.

The team is led by Sadie Healy, CEO of Molloy Consultants, who provides overall project and event management.  Alyssa Om’Iniabohs provides content expertise, strategy development as well as event facilitation. Meg McClure provides editing and report writing. Ethan Nichols provides project support. The CreateCulture culture team provides video creation and design support.
